REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration may be done using your computer or coming to the Club.

Class Size is limited. Classes fill quickly. Register Early.

Choose the correct form and fill it out completely and legibly. 

Indicate the class, day and time desired (Ex:  Puppy, Wednesday, 6:45).  FIRST TIME STUDENTS need to include a recent copy of your dog’s shot record.

PAYMENT can be made by cash, checks or money orders made out to DDTC, or PayPal. 

• MAIL - Mail the form, shot record (if needed) and payment to the address at the bottom of the registration form.

• E-MAIL - Email the form, shot record (if needed) and indicate PayPal to the email address at the bottom of the registration form.

• AT THE CLUB – Put the form, shot record (if needed) and payment (indicate if using PayPal) in an envelope.  Mark the class on the outside of the envelope.  Drop the envelope in the box.

JUNIOR HANDLERS must

1. Be 10 years or older.

2. Be able to stop the dog.

3. Be able to follow the instructor’s directions,

           Parents must be present for the class.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION will be within one week either by email or phone.  If you don’t receive your confirmation, please contact the registrar on the registration form by phone or email.
